At Implycart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your package was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons:
Perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants).
Personal care products (beauty items, skincare).
Downloadable software or digital gift cards.
Sale items marked as "Final Sale."

Provide a brief description of why you wish to return the item (and photos if the item is damaged).
Once approved, we will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the shipping address for the return.
Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), Implycart will cover all return shipping costs.
Change of Mind: For all other returns, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please reach out to us at our support email.
