All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include VAT. They are posted on the Site by the vendor who is selling the goods or service. The most current price displayed on the item's product detail page will always be reflected in your Shopping Cart. Please keep in mind that this price may change from the price displayed for the item when you initially added it to your basket. Adding an item to your basket does not reserve the price displayed at the moment. It is also conceivable that the price of an item will fall between the time you add it to your cart and the time you purchase it.
We do not match prices on anything offered by any seller on our Site or other websites.
We are committed to providing our visitors with the most accurate pricing information on the Site; but, mistakes may occur, such as when the price of an item is not presented accurately on the Site. As a result, we have the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If an item is incorrectly priced, we may, at our discretion, contact you for instructions or cancel your transaction and notify you of such cancellation.

If this happens with your prepaid order, our refund rules will apply. Please keep in mind that GoinMart owns the entire return amount. Delivery Timeline: The delivery may take longer than the regular timeframe/line that GoinMart follows. Delivery may be delayed owing to a force majeure event such as political unrest, an unforeseen event, domestic/public holidays, and so on.
Cancellation: GoinMart reserves the absolute right to cancel any purchase prior to dispatch for any reason, including, but not least, the product being mispriced, out of stock, expired, defective, malfunctioning, and containing incorrect information or description due to technical or typographical error, or for any other reason.
Refund Timeline:If an order is canceled, the payment for that purchase will be repaid within 10 to 15 working days, however this may take longer in unusual circumstances. As long as the received cash back amount is reconciled with the refund amount.
You affirm that you are purchasing the product(s) or service(s) requested for internal / personal consumption and not for commercial resale. You permit us to declare and deliver a statement on your behalf to any governmental body declaring the aforementioned reason for your orders on the Site.
