Our Quality Promise

At Implycart, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of the products we offer. To give you peace of mind, many of our items are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.


1. Warranty Coverage

  • Implycart Brand Products: Covered by a [Insert Period, e.g., 6-month or 1-year] limited warranty from the date of purchase.

  • Third-Party Brands: Products sold by Implycart but manufactured by other brands are subject to the manufacturer’s specific warranty policy. We will gladly help you coordinate with the manufacturer to resolve any issues.

2. What is Covered?

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects that prevent the product from functioning correctly.

  • Structural failures under normal and intended use.

  • Defective components or hardware.

3. What is NOT Covered?

The warranty does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, or fabric pilling).

  • Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or liquid contact.

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.

  • Consumable parts (such as batteries or protective coatings) unless failure occurred due to a defect in materials.

4. How to Make a Claim

If you believe your product is defective, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us: Send an email to [email protected] with your Order ID.

  2. Provide Proof: Attach clear photos or a short video demonstrating the defect.

  3. Evaluation: Our technical team will review your claim within 3–5 business days.

5. Resolution Options

If a valid claim is received within the warranty period, Implycart will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product using new or refurbished parts.

  • Replace the product with an identical new model.

  • Issue Store Credit if the product is no longer in stock or cannot be repaired.

6. Shipping for Warranty Claims

For approved warranty claims within the first 30 days of purchase, Implycart will cover all shipping costs. After 30 days, the customer may be responsible for shipping the item to our service center, while we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired/replacement item back to you.
